 7TH ANNUAL KNIGHT OF PATRIOTISM
at St. Joseph the Worker’s Social Hall, 181 W. Dundee Road, Wheeling, Friday October 30.  Dinner Dance fund raiser to benefit VNC Honor Flight of Northern and Western Illinois, (501 (c) (3) not for profit organization).
Each year, they sponsor a three day Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. For our veterans. This is done without cost to the veterans in an attempt to honor their service and sacrifice with a special visit to our nation’s war memorials. The evening will feature a buffet dinner, with your choice of Prim Rib, Chicken Breast with White Wine and Mushroom Sauce, Lemon Baked Tilapia or a Vegetarian Lasagna. Please note your selection for each person on the attached reservation form.
Auction and music by the “Sound of the Big Bands seventeen piece orchestra”.
Cost: $50 per person, $450 per table for 10 (Cash Bar)
The festivities begin with a social hour at 6:00 p.m. and posting of colors at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner starts at 7:00 p.m.
8:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Big Band music and dancing

Volunteers needed for the Annual Clearbrook Fall Dinner Dance

Clearbrook Dance
At the Annual Clearbrook Fall Dinner Dance, we will have approximately 150 guests (50 will be wheelchair bound) and staff from Clearbrook.  We need student volunteers, as well as 15 to 20 Knights and Ladies’ Auxiliary Members, to cook, greet and serve our guests, help clean up, and sing, dance and socialize with our friends from Clearbrook.
Chuck Mckiel has his menu all set, Ralph and his Accordion are ready to go, and all we need are you volunteers to give our friends from Clearbrook another memorable evening.
Our guests will begin arriving at 5:30 PM. All volunteers should be at the hall by 5:00, and plan to stay until 9:00. Please contact Chuck for the cooking schedule.

Tables’ and chairs’ set up will occur on Thursday, Oct. 1st, after the Council Business Meeting. Please help out, if you can.
